When do we pay for our vehicle?

A deposit on a credit or debit card is due at the time of reservation. After that the balance may be paid in cash to the driver at pick up, or by credit or debit card at least 24 hours before pick up.

Are the bars stocked?

No, we are not able to stock alcohol for you. However, you are welcome to provide your own. We do provide ice, cups, and paper towels for your convenience.

Is there a minimum time we must rent the vehicle?

Yes, we have hourly minimums that vary depending on the day, time of drop off, and vehicle.

Do we have to stay in Knoxville?

No! You may go anywhere in our local service area at no extra charge. If you would like to go outside of our local service area, we will definitely take you, but you might be subject to a fuel surcharge. Talk to our customer service specialists today to find out if this fuel surcharge applies to you.

Is it possible to incur extra charges?

Yes. It is possible to incur extra charges for damages done to the vehicle during the run, excessive clean up, and overages. All of our charges are clearly listed in our contract. If you have any questions about how to avoid getting charged extra, ask your driver or customer service specialist before your trip. They will be happy to explain all charges and how damages occur most often.

Are we allowed to smoke on the vehicles?

No, we do not allow smoking on our vehicles. If you need a break, please let your driver know.
